- Perform dunning calls
- Monitor loan accounts to carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accoun
- Handle enquiries on overdue accounts
- Perform administrative duties and provide clerical support
工作技能要求：
- Diploma or above
- Preferably, with experience in money lending or financial institutions
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
